Daycare
Here at Bentley's Ruff House we like to accommodate those of us that feel a little guilty leaving our furry friends at home while we are out of the house for long periods of time. Whether it be for work, school, a day trip away, or even to just allow our pets to get some extra socialization and play. Our daycare is available from 7am-5:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Our daycare drop off hours are between 7:00 and 9:00am and pick up is between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. If your pet will need to eat during their day of play, you are able to bring their food and we will feed them during their normal feeding time, please only bring a single serving to daycare. Pets receiving daycare and needing to be fed will be placed in a kennel to eat. Your pet is required to be current on all required vaccinations, and we need to see a copy showing they are current. We ALWAYS suggest emailing or faxing in a copy PRIOR to your pets first day. We will not allow any dogs in the back without proper proof of current vaccinations. Your vet can also email or fax us a current copy of vaccinations. It is the owners responsibility to continue to maintain current vaccinations and to provide an updated copy of vaccines. Daycare is booked one week in advance. We no longer offer drop in daycare.
*ALL daycare dogs are REQUIRED to be people AND dog friendly. We always use our first day of daycare as a trial day. Upon meeting your dog, they need to be friendly towards ALL staff members and other daycare dogs. Upon meeting your dog(s), if there is any signs of aggression we will not allow the dog to stay. If you feel there might be an issue with your dog, please contact us for an additional meet and greet. Daycare is an elective service, we strive to not only be a good fit for your pet, but for you as well.
Vaccination Requirements: Rabies, Distemper Parvo (DHPP), Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Daycare- $25 per day.
*If you do not pick your dog up from daycare by 5:00 PM, you will also be charged a boarding fee of $35. If you do not pick up your pet by 5:00 PM from daycare and do not notify us, your pet will stay the night, it will be considered a no call/no show.
*All daycare MUST be booked with us for the current week. We do not take daycare reservations for more than 1 week in advance. If your pet is NOT booked for daycare, you may be turned away based on availability. Please book your daycare! You can call, text, email or book online. If you book online for more than one week out, it will be declined.
*We are currently not offering daycare on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s. Daycare and boarding are separate, on days that we do not offer daycare we still offer boarding.
*Due to COVID-19 constantly changing, our hours may vary.
*Daycare will not be offered during holiday times or peak boarding times, please check with us for specific dates daycare is not available.
*Sometimes everyone needs a time out, weather it be to drink some water, or take a rest break. That being said, our daycare dogs sometimes receive kennel time. We try to keep all kennel time to a minimum.
*Bentley’s Ruff House has the right to refuse care to any pet inquiring boarding or daycare with us. It is the owners responsibility to provide a current copy of vaccinations.
